#Streamlined E-Invoicing with an Excel-based solution
E-invoicing is crucial for SMEs to survive and thrive because it enhances efficiency, reduces costs, ensures compliance, and improves cash flow. Here’s why:
Traditional invoicing can cause payment delays due to manual errors and slow processing. E-invoicing speeds up transactions, ensuring SMEs get paid faster and maintain a steady cash flow.
Printing, mailing, and storing physical invoices are costly. E-invoicing eliminates these expenses, reducing operational costs and improving overall efficiency.
Malaysia governments mandate e-invoicing for tax compliance. SMEs adopting e-invoices avoid penalties, benefit from automated tax calculations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manual invoicing is prone to errors, leading to disputes and payment delays. E-invoicing automates calculations, reducing mistakes and improving accuracy.
As SMEs grow, handling a high volume of invoices manually becomes challenging. E-invoicing enables scalability, allowing businesses to manage large transactions effortlessly.
Prompt and accurate invoicing fosters trust with clients and suppliers, improving long-term business relationships.
E-invoices are securely stored in the cloud, preventing loss or damage while ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
In a competitive market, SMEs that embrace e-invoicing gain a significant advantage—reducing costs, improving cash flow, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

"An e-invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between a supplier and a buyer"
First, download the Excel template from the software. Fill in the required details, such as supplier, buyer, and line items.
Next, upload the Excel template and filter the supplier, buyer, or line items based on the transaction. Then, download the batch file.
Finally, upload the batch file to LHDN MyInvois portal for submission and validation.
SME businesses will issue the e-invoice or self-billed himself/herself, giving the customer and the accounting preparer each a copy, therefore they are no longer relying upon the accounting preparer standby to issue any e-invoice.
How E-invoice and How Self-billed are separate apps from the accounting software. Therefore, this will prevent the risk of accidental deletion or edition of valuable data by unfamiliar SME businesses.
How mobile is not required to type any data as it was picked up from the uploaded Excel template and it is a responsive application to display on any mobile devises.
We provide telegram support to ease long queues ticket support and we will update the telegram support from time to time. Only if the issue is unresolved then we will meet on Google Meet.

Both the How E-invoice and How Self-billed are cloud base web application. Therefore, no issue on virus or malware attacks and update of version.
The 5G connection is rolled out nationwide and as of September 2024, approximately 82% of the Malaysian population has access to 5G mobile networks. Furthermore, the data centre is located in Singapore to prevent speed latency.
